Business Ethics
Integrity is a practical requirement in material supply. Certification, origin and test status either represent reality or they do not, and the consequences reach the plant.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
We do not offer, give or accept payments or benefits intended to improperly influence a commercial or official decision.
Fair Competition
We compete on technical capability, price and delivery, and never through collusion or the misuse of a competitor's confidential information.
Conflicts of Interest
Personal interests that could influence a sourcing or award decision must be declared and removed from the decision.
Confidentiality
Client drawings, specifications, line lists and pricing are treated as confidential and are shared with suppliers only as far as the enquiry requires.
Accurate Representation
Material grades, standards, origin and test status are represented exactly as certified. Substitutions are proposed openly, never applied silently.
Responsible Sourcing
Suppliers are expected to meet the same standards of legality, safety and labour practice that we apply to ourselves.

How the policy is applied day to day.
- Certification is issued as received from the mill, without alteration.
- Any deviation from the specified grade or standard is raised in writing before order placement.
- Third-party inspection access is granted wherever the contract provides for it.
- Non-conformances are reported to the client rather than resolved quietly.
- Gifts and hospitality remain modest, transparent and never tied to a pending decision.
- Concerns can be raised directly to management without fear of retaliation.
