Drawings, line lists, BOQ and material specifications are reviewed before sourcing so deviations are raised early.
Expediting
Mill and manufacturer progress is tracked against the project schedule, with status reported on an agreed cycle.
Inspection Coordination
In-house and third-party inspection is arranged at the agreed hold and witness points.
Documentation Control
MTRs, test reports and inspection releases are compiled into a single reviewable data book.
Logistics
Packing, marking, export documentation and shipment sequence are planned around the construction programme.
